What is the difference between individual, hybrid and volume lashes?
Individual (classic) lashes use a 1-1 technique where one extension is applied to each natural lash, creating a natural, defined look. Hybrid lashes combine classic and volume techniques for a textured, fuller finish. Volume lashes use fans of 2-9 extensions per natural lash, creating a fluffy, dramatic look.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a qualified therapist and with proper aftercare, lash extensions will not damage your natural lashes. Avoid picking, tugging or excessive rubbing and always follow the aftercare advice provided.
What are infills and how often should I come?
Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. Please arrive with at least 40% of your extensions remaining. After 3 weeks a full set may be required and will be charged accordingly.
What is LVL?
LVL stands for Length, Volume and Lift. It is a semi-permanent lash treatment that straightens and lifts your natural lashes from the root, creating a wide-eyed effect lasting 6-8 weeks. A tint is included and a patch test is required 48 hours before your appointment.
What is a Korean lash lift
A Korean lash lift uses an advanced formula to lift and nourish your natural lashes simultaneously, giving beautiful results with added conditioning benefits.
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination restructures the brow hairs into your desired shape, creating a fuller, fluffier brow that lasts 6-8 weeks.

What is the difference between a Brazilian and Hollywood wax?
A Brazilian wax removes most hair leaving a landing strip at the front. A Hollywood wax removes all hair completely.
What is your cancellation policy?
All appointments require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full treatment price.
How can I pay for my treatments?
